New York
- Prepare for the exam using our New York approved Public Adjuster pre-licensing course
- Pass the NY Public Adjuster Exam Series 17-62 administered by PSI
- Complete fingerprinting
- Apply for the license using NY LINX

- Complete Bond, including Acknowledgements and Power of Attorney form
- Certificates of Character
- Signed IdentoGO pre-enrollment confirmation/receipt

- Secure a $20,000 surety bond or letter of credit

Do I need the NY pre-licensing course or the exam prep course?
If you are trying to get licensed in New York, then you need the New York Pre-licensing course. If you are trying to get licensed in state that does not have a pre-licensing requirements, then you need the exam prep. We're adding regularly to the states that the exam prep covers.
